Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Tickets may be exchanged up to 5 (five) days prior to a performance, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Audience members arriving late will be seated at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of the House Manager.

Parking & Accessibility
Limited parking is available at the theatre. Additional parking is available at St. Andrew’s Church, 83 Trafalgar Road N. (Northeast of the theatre). Do NOT park at the Fire Station across from the theatre – you may get ticketed. Unfortunately wheelchair access is not yet available at the theatre.

Electronic Devices
The use of cell phones, cameras and recording devices is prohibited during performances, due to copyright laws.

Seating                                                                                                              All shows offer reserved seating except for our Fall pantomime Robin Hood which is general admission seating.

Food and Drink                                                                                              No food, other than water, may be consumed upstairs in the theatre. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and ice cream bars are available downstairs during intermission.

Volunteering for Century Church Theatre                               Should you wish to volunteer your time as an usher, backstage crew member, set painter or builder, etc., please let us know your area of expertise or interest. It’s a great way for high school students to fulfill their secondary school volunteer hour requirements.
